Larry Hatch - CEO

Larry Hatch is CEO and a member of the board of directors for Influent. Mr. Hatch has over 20 years' experience in multiple business and technical ventures within Frito Lay and Capital One. He has led multiple business transformations and start-ups including three manufacturing plant start ups, a re-brand and re-launch of a leading consumer brand producing $30MM of top line growth, and commercialization of a new technology that reduced raw material costs by 80% while at Frito Lay. At Capital One he led the start up of a JV with Sprint PCS and started a supply chain organization that delivered $250MM in cost reductions over 4 years against a $1.5B expense line. Mr. Hatch is a co-founder of the company and committed to building a team that rivals Influent's technology portfolio as the company's greatest asset. Mr. Hatch holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.

Tim Lucas - CTO

Tim Lucas is Chairman and CTO of Influent. He is the developer of Influent’s new family of fluid movers and supporting technologies which comprise Influent's global IP portfolio. Mr. Lucas founded the company in 2005 and stepped into the CTO role in early 2007 after recruiting Larry Hatch to become the company's CEO. Mr. Lucas is a career entrepreneur and innovator, holding 14 patents in the electro-mechanical fluidics domain. Mr. Lucas was the founder and innovator behind MacroSonix Corp, a company based on a new field of engineering ( resonant macrosonic synthesis) that he developed at Los Alamos National Lab. Mr. Lucas has led teams of scientists and engineers to pursue commercialization of new technologies and his IP expertise spans patent strategy and prosecution through successful patent litigation. He brings significant technology startup experience and strategic skill to the leadership team and will focus on driving the development of products, revenues and new innovations.

Sal Fondaco - CFO

Sal Fondaco joined Influent Corp in September 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer and head of Business Development. Sal is responsible for the overall financial management of the company including financial planning and analysis, accounting and tax reporting, and capital management. Additionally, Sal is responsible for negotiating contracts with Influent's partners and customers and overseeing the Enterprise Risk Management function.

Sal spent the past twelve years in a variety of CFO and business development roles at Capital One Financial Corp. During that time, Sal worked in a variety of industries, both within and outside financial services, negotiated a number of joint venture and acquisition transactions and participated on leadership teams for a number of start-ups and acquired companies. Most recently at Capital One, Sal had financial oversight for a North American portfolio of consumer and commercial lending businesses with aggregate annual earnings in excess of $300MM. He was also the CFO of Capital One Federal Savings Bank, with assets greater than $15B. Prior to joining Capital One, Sal spent several years in mortgage banking and began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young.

John Grosshans

John Grosshans is a member of the board of directors for Influent. John has
managed, restructured and built organizations at nearly every stage of
development and growth. John brings more than 20 years of enterprise software,
hardware, services and networking company experience in general management,
sales, channels, marketing, business development, and services. John brings a
track record of success from Avaya, PTC, Kodak, iPass, Access360 (now IBM), and
Vuent (now Oracle). Most recently as Vice President Global Applications and
Software at Avaya, John led Avaya’s $1B Applications and Software business.
John holds a BS in Industrial Distribution with Distinction from Clarkson University.
John also completed the Executive MBA Program Leading Organizational Chang at
The Wharton School as well as the Executive MBA Finance Program at the
Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Mike Rowen

Mike Rowen brings over 20 years of engineering, business strategy, and
executive leadership experience to Influent.  Mike received a BS in Engineering
Science from The Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mike has 9 years of experience in the
power electronics industry, where he earned 13 patents for a variety of both
electronic and mechanical inventions.  He honed his business strategy skills as a
management consultant for Bain & Company, where he advised CEOs and
divisional heads of major corporations on topics ranging from growth strategies
to cost reduction.  Mike also held a variety of senior executive positions at Capital
One Financial, where he provided leadership in business development, mergers &
acquisitions, e-commerce, and investor relations.  Presently Mike is an
independent investor, consultant, and board member for a number of startups
and non-profit enterprises.
